being on full bed rest was certainly not easy (i am on modified now), but my parents took me on a drive every day so i didn't go nuts. driving through the mountains, breathing in the pure air & seeing the majesty that is nature always lifts my spirits.

there was so much water this year that the runoff was incredible. this is usually a trickling stream, not a gush of white water rapids!
