my stake is putting on the sound of music (one of my all time favorites).... if you are local don't miss it! i took my girls to see it today & was reminded of some of the lessons it has taught me:
1. climb every mountain
2. face your fears
3. god's will is not always our will
4. family is everything
5. love between a man and a woman is holy
6. brown paper packages tied up with strings are one of my favorite things
7. we need to get to "know" our children
8. have confidence
9. the beginning is a good place to start
10. my heart will be blessed with the sound of music
